Two Component Urethane Rubber for Panel Stone Mold Making with 50 Tons Daily Production and UV Resistant Room Temperature Vulcanization

This 1:1 two-component liquid urethane rubber vulcanizes at room temperature, featuring 100% polyurethane resin properties. The solvent-free formulation cures into a light yellow, clear, and glittering layer with excellent weatherability and UV resistance. As an environmentally friendly product, it maintains color stability even under prolonged sunlight exposure.

The system (base plus curative; A+B) is available in hardness ranges from very soft to medium (35 Shore A to 90 Shore), making it ideal for manufactured stone, concrete wall panels, cultured stones, and architectural elements.

• Pre-mix Part B before use
• Thoroughly mix Parts A and B for at least 3 minutes, scraping container sides and bottom repeatedly
• For large quantities: use mechanical mixer for 3 minutes followed by 1 minute of hand mixing
• Transfer mixture to new clean container and repeat mixing process
• Vacuum degassing recommended to minimize air bubbles
• Pressure casting technique yields bubble-free molds
