Description of 40-90 Shore A Two Part 1:1 Casting Liquid Polyurethane Mold Rubber

This two-part compound vulcanizes at room temperature with 100% polyurethane resin properties. Containing no solvents, it forms a light yellow, clear, and glittering layer after curing. Widely used in industrial applications including voltage transformer potting, this environmentally friendly product offers excellent weatherability and UV resistance, maintaining color stability even under prolonged sunlight exposure.

The liquid polyurethane rubber consists of A (polyurethane prepolymer) and B (curing agent) components. It's ideal for creating concrete or cement stamping molds and durable rubber parts for machinery or automotive applications. The material features excellent processing properties, solidifying at common temperatures with short gel time and customizable color through pigment addition.
