Mixing Instructions
  • Shake both A and B components vigorously before use
  • Measure equal parts by volume into clean plastic or metal containers
  • Combine in a third clean container and mix vigorously for at least one minute
  • Ensure thorough mixing by scraping sides and bottom until uniform color is achieved
Important Handling Tips
  • Always wear proper respiratory protection when working with urethanes
  • Use in controlled environment (65-75°F with regulated humidity)
  • Use only clean plastic/metal utensils - avoid paper or wood
  • Recap containers immediately after use
  • Minimum mix quantity: 3 ounces for proper curing
  • Hand mixing recommended to prevent premature curing
  • Maintain exact 1:1 mix ratio - do not alter
  • Moisture control is critical - avoid high humidity conditions
  • For large molds, mix multiple small batches
  • Allow shaken components to settle before mixing to release bubbles
